Broken or Damaged Items

If you have an item arrive broken or damaged send us an email at irisfashionjewelry@gmail.com
Include your Name and consultant # along with a picture of the damaged item
Include the item # and a brief description of the damage.
Claims must be filed within 10 days of purchase.
We will either issue a refund or send a replacement with your next order.
If we decide we want the items returned we will issue a return label.
